Ordering
The range of products presented in the Harlem Lifestyle online shop constitutes an opportunity for the customer to make a purchase offer to the Harlem Lifestyle company concerning the said products present on the site. All prices are in euros.

Delivery and delivery charges 
Delivery time is generally 48 to 72 hours from the date of order. In the event of any apparent material or manufacturing defects in the items delivered, including transport incidents, please notify us immediately. The execution or non-execution of this complaint does not affect your legal rights.

Payment
You can choose to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or PayPal. Harlem Lifestyle reserves the right to accept a limited number of means of payment in the event of a negative result of the address and/or solvency check.

Protection of privacy
All personal data will be treated confidentially and the protection of your interests, in accordance with legal requirements, will be taken into account.

Returns and complaints
The customer has 14 days as from the delivery date to exercise his right of retractation, and to start a procedure of return of the articles, in accordance with the provisions of the Code of the Consumption, article L 121-20. To do this, the customer must inform Harlem Lifestyle of his intention to return the products by means of an e-mail sent to contact@harlem-lifestyle.com with the subject "return of goods". The expenses inherent in the reforwarding of the articles are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be in their original condition and packaging and returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We recommend that you send your returns by registered colissimo, as this avoids any disputes regarding receipt of the parcel. Harlem Lifestyle reserves the right to refuse to refund returns if the items have been subject to prolonged use, if they are returned damaged, dirty, without their original packaging, or in a condition that does not allow them to be sold. The original sales invoice must be enclosed with the returned items, and the customer is responsible for keeping a copy. Refunds will be made directly via PayPal. In any case, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded and remain the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we can only accept returns on products that have been purchased from the Harlem Lifestyle online shop. If you wish to return goods that were purchased elsewhere, please contact the shop where the goods were originally purchased.
