Once your payment has been accepted, your parcel is then dispatched by La Poste in the form of Courrier Suivi or Colissimo by weight within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). After each shipment, you will receive an e-mail notification with your tracking number, enabling you to track your order. Delivery times in mainland France are 48 and 72 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. For deliveries outside France, please allow between 3 and 7 working days.

Les délais sont indiqués à titre indicatif, certaines livraisons nécessitent plus de temps de préparation suite à l’attente d’un réassort de tailles par exemple ou d’un rallongement du délai de livraison dû à des difficultés incombant aux transporteurs.



Nous informons notre clientèle qu’un colis suivi dont La Poste indique un tracking à l’état livré est considéré comme tel d’un point de vue légal.



EXCHANGE

A compter de la réception des produits, le consommateur dispose d’un délai légal de 14 (quatorze) jours pour demander un échange. Pour exercer ce droit, le consommateur doit adresser un email précisant son numéro de commande, le ou les articles concerné(s) par l’échange, le ou les article(s) souhaités en échange et les raisons de la demande d’échange au service client à l’adresse email suivante : contact@harlem-lifestyle.com . Un produit ne peut être échangé que contre un autre article au prix de vente non-remisé inférieur ou égal ou produit initialement commandé.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer. The consumer shall return the goods to the seller without undue delay. The risks associated with returning a product are borne by the consumer. It is the consumer's responsibility to take all necessary measures to ensure the security of the return (packaging, protection). In the case of unsigned returns not received by the seller, it is the consumer's responsibility to provide proof of receipt of the product.

Without this proof, no exchange can be made. No exchange will be made if the returned product has not arrived at the seller's premises.
For this reason, we strongly recommend that all consumers wishing to make an exchange request registered delivery with a declaration of the value of the product and insurance, and delivery against signature.



RETURN

From the date of receipt of the products, the consumer has a statutory cooling-off period of 14 (fourteen) days without having to provide any justification.

The customer will only be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. The method of refund will be the same as the method of payment used for the initial transaction.

The consumer will be reimbursed within 7 to 10 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products have arrived at the seller's premises in their original packaging, complete, in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and accompanied by the original invoice. A return that shows that one of these criteria has not been met will not be accepted and the product will be returned to the consumer.
