The Harlem Lifestyle story: an adventure between Nice and New York

It all began in 2010, in a small shop tucked away at the end of an alleyway in Nice. Three friends with a passion for fashion and years of experience in ready-to-wear decided to create their own brand. It was a slightly mad idea, fuelled by a desire to break the mould and do things their own way.

But what few people know is that the soul of Harlem Lifestyle comes from much further afield than the Côte d'Azur. It was forged thousands of miles away, in the vibrant streets of New York, and more specifically in the Harlem district, where one of the brand's founders was lucky enough to live for several years.

It's here, with its inspiring graffiti, the sounds of hip-hop on every street corner and its incredible creative energy, that we've drawn much of the brand's identity. Harlem is all about freedom of expression, daring, a mix of cultures and a strong message. It's this unique vibe that we wanted to infuse into every one of our T-shirts.

With its 1st collection CANDY and our cult T-shirt "BAMBI IS A SON OF A BICHE"Harlem Lifestyle has quickly established itself as a top brand for creative T-shirts. Stars have adopted it, magazines such as Grazia or Visit have praised her, but in the end, Harlem Lifestyle's strength lies in its sincerity.

It's a free brand that pokes fun at convention and says out loud what others keep quiet.

More than a style, it's a state of mind.
