To track the delivery status of your order, go to My account > My orders.\r\n\r\nClick on the number of the order concerned and then on \"track my order\" or \"track my parcel\".\r\n\r\nThe preparation time for an order can vary between 1 and 2 working days. The delivery time (indicated when the order is placed) is effective once the order has been dispatched. This is generally 48 to 72 hours in France, 5 to 7 days in Europe and around ten days for international destinations.\r\n\r\nThe tracking barcode must be scanned by the carrier, so it may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking number to become effective. From receipt of the products, the consumer has a legal period of 14 (fourteen) days to request an exchange. To exercise this right, the consumer must send an email specifying his\/her order number, the item(s) concerned by the exchange, the item(s) desired in exchange and the reasons for the exchange request to the customer service department at the following email address: contact@harlem-lifestyle.com . From the date of receipt of the products, the consumer has a statutory cooling-off period of 14 (fourteen) days without having to justify his\/her decision.\r\n\r\nThe customer will only be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
