The consumer shall return the goods to the seller without undue delay. The risks associated with returning a product are borne by the consumer. It is the consumer's responsibility to take all necessary measures to ensure the security of the return (packaging, protection). In the case of unsigned returns not received by the seller, it is the consumer's responsibility to provide proof of receipt of the product.<\/p>\n<p>Without this proof, no exchange can be made.
