What's the status of my order?
To track the delivery status of your order, go to My account > My orders.

Click on the number of the order concerned and then on "track my order" or "track my parcel".

The preparation time for an order can vary between 1 and 2 working days. The delivery time (indicated when the order is placed) is effective once the order has been dispatched. This is generally 48 to 72 hours in France, 5 to 7 days in Europe and around ten days for international destinations.

The tracking barcode must be scanned by the carrier, so it may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking number to become effective. In this case, please try again later.
How do I make an exchange?
From receipt of the products, the consumer has a legal period of 14 (fourteen) days to request an exchange. To exercise this right, the consumer must send an email specifying his/her order number, the item(s) concerned by the exchange, the item(s) desired in exchange and the reasons for the exchange request to the customer service department at the following email address: contact@harlem-lifestyle.com . Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.

A product may only be exchanged for another item with a non-rebated sale price less than or equal to the product initially ordered.

How do I make a return?
From the date of receipt of the products, the consumer has a statutory cooling-off period of 14 (fourteen) days without having to justify his/her decision.

The customer will only be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. The method of reimbursement will be the same as the method of payment used for the initial transaction.
To exercise this right, the consumer must send an email specifying his/her order number, the items concerned by the return and the reasons for the return to the customer service department at the following email address: contact@harlem-lifestyle.com

If reimbursement is preferred, the consumer will be reimbursed within 7 to 10 days of receipt of the products, provided that the products have arrived at the seller's premises in their original packaging, complete, in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and accompanied by the original invoice. A return that shows that one of these criteria has not been met will not be accepted and the product will be returned to the consumer.
